THE ROLE

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role within the creative team, responsible for; bringing campaigns to life and executing high quality on brand designs, creation of visual marketing assets from ideation and concept, through to delivery across all channels. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive the brand’s overall aesthetic and oversee the graphic design vision and development.

The right candidate for this role will live and breathe the brand, injecting enthusiasm and creativity into everything they do. You’ll be a confident communicator and leader, ensuring the graphics team deliver on time to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Creation of high-quality assets for a range of channels including; homepage/website, emails, paid social adverts, organic social, OOH advertising and in-store signage.
• Leading on the ideation and execution of graphic treatments and packs for campaign and collection launches.
• Growing and developing the brands’ graphic identity and maintenance of the brands graphic guidelines.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers, supporting their growth and development, widening their skill base, and ensuring a high standard of work within the design team.
• Review work and articulate constructive feedback to ensure brand consistency, design quality and that all creative elements from work cohesively.
• Research competitors, trends, patterns and best practices, design inspiration and customer insights.

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, & EXPERIENCE: 

• 4+ years as a graphic designer with experience in both digital and print design – creating a diverse range of content in the fashion/e-commerce field or agency with a fashion focus.
• 2+ years in a Senior Role, supporting other team members, executing strong briefs and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for creating high quality and diverse content, showcasing excellent practical design skills within layout and typography.
• Organised & great time management and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Is a process-driven and strategic thinker - keen to improve existing workflow and implement best-practice.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Proactive problem solver.
• The confidence to try new things, and a passion for big ideas.
• Experience video editing and knowledge with Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus
