PR and Partnerships Manager
ROLE PROFILE
The WHY
Reporting into the Head of PR & Partnerships, the PR & Partnerships Manager will be the driving force behind strategic and commercially effective influencer campaigns, ensuring key product moments deliver maximum impact. The role will lead the planning and execution of paid and organic partnerships, overseeing budgets, talent proposals, and content approvals to maintain a high standard of brand representation. With a focus on ROI, reporting, and continuous optimisation, the PR & Partnerships Manager will shape the brand’s ambassador strategy while managing and developing a high-performing team. The role will leadership in events and campaign execution will be key to elevating the brand’s presence across large, mid, and micro-tier talent.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT
Responsible for:
• Assisting the Head of PR and Partnerships with setting our overall channel strategy, from ideation and planning to identification and negotiating content deliverables with partners and/or management.
• Reviewing, recommending and auditing new and existing talent that will work alongside the brand strategy and drive sales and awareness of the brand.
• Being the gatekeeper of all talent sign offs and deliverable sign offs ensuring suitable coverages for all launches, instructing the team on areas of growth and reactivity where necessary.
• Identifying key talents occasions to celebrate and gifting them in line with those moments
• Identifying, creating, nurturing and sustaining relationships with talent globally in particular with fashion creatives and their management ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Overseeing influencer activity across a range of channels such as Instagram & TikTok, Other channels may be added in future.
• Managing influencer content approval and brand guideline compliance and performance.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and wider ASA regulations, ensuring all influencer related content adheres to protocols for both brand and industry.
• Supporting the Paid team with supplying Influencer content for usage and working on long term strategies to support the Paid team.
• Managing relations with influencers and relevant agencies to build long-term partnerships and opportunities with talent and press.
• Communicating regularly internally between relevant departments, to provide a cohesive and considered approach to all campaigns and always-on activity.
• Monitoring the marketing calendar on a weekly basis to suggest deals in line with events.
Accountable for:
• Owning the end to end planning and management of Key Quarterly Product Moment budget.
• Signing off on all paid content from Senior PR & Partnerships Executive and PR & Partnerships Executive.
• Generating all paid and gifted talent proposals to the Head Of PR & Partnerships, collated from Senior PR & Partnerships Executive and PR & Partnerships Executive for launches, promos or campaigns.
• Leading T2 events with support from the whole team.
• Day-to-day management of the Senior PR & Partnerships Executive and PR & Partnerships Executive, supporting developments within the team and constant progression on projects worked on.
• Ensuring all paid partnerships are commercially viable and maintaining a strong focus on ROI.
• Weekly paid and gifted reporting with weekly comparisons with support from the team.
- • Collating key information needed for the monthly report with month on month (MOM) comparisons with support from the team to be reviewed by the Head Of.
